We do not have an age limit. However, we require all units to be well maintained, clean and presentable. You will need to provide unit details and a set of current photographs for approval before taking ownership of your pitch.

No, sorry. We only accept touring caravans where the door is on the British manufactured side.

Yes we allow a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs per pitch. Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times. We do not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro). We have areas where well behaved dogs can be let off the lead to exercise.

Yes, providing awnings are on a slabbed area, they can be left up during the season (at owners risk) but must be taken down at the end of the season.

Yes, you can take it elsewhere for a holiday, service, etc.

No, we do not allow any poles for aerial, satellite dishes or flags. There is a aerial TV connection on the hook-up towers for direct connection to Freeview Digital TV.

Yes, Morben Isaf Holiday Park does offer winter storage, your caravan can be left on pitch and the cost is included in annual site fees.

Seasonal Tourers have use of the Park Laundry, Gym and Fishing Lake at no extra cost.
